PRIVACY NOTICE FOR DATA COLLECTED FROM WEBSITE VISITORS

PURSUANT TO ARTICLES 13 AND 14 OF EU REGULATION 2016/679

Fleet220 S.r.l., as Data Controller for the processing of your personal data, in compliance with EU Regulation 2016/679 (the “GDPR”), hereby informs you that the applicable legislation provides for the protection of data subjects with regard to the processing of personal data, and that such processing will be carried out in accordance with the fundamental principles of fairness, lawfulness, transparency, and the protection of your confidentiality and your rights.

Purpose and legal basis: your personal data will be processed in accordance with the provisions of the legislation referred to above and the confidentiality obligations set out therein; in particular, your data will be processed for the following purposes connected with the fulfilment of legal or contractual obligations: a) purposes relating to the performance of a contract to which you are a party, or to the implementation of pre-contractual measures taken at your request (e.g. a contact request made via the “Contact” form, etc.); b) purposes necessary to establish, exercise or defend a legal claim, or whenever the judicial authorities exercise their judicial functions; c) statistical research/analysis purposes on aggregated or anonymous data, which therefore does not allow the user to be identified, aimed at measuring how the Site functions, measuring traffic and assessing usability and interest.

Subject to your consent (given via the dedicated cookie banner), your personal data may also be used for the following purposes: managing non-technical marketing cookies for the portal (marketing cookies are used to track visitors across websites; the intention is to display ads that are relevant and engaging for the individual user, and therefore more valuable to third-party publishers and advertisers); managing non-technical statistical cookies for the portal (statistical cookies help website owners understand how visitors interact with their sites, by collecting and reporting information anonymously).

Method of processing: your personal data may be processed in the following ways: using electronic computers, through software systems managed or programmed directly or by third parties; entrusted to third parties for processing operations; temporary processing in anonymous form. All processing is carried out in accordance with Articles 6 and 32 of EU Regulation 2016/679 and through the adoption of appropriate security measures.

Persons authorised to process data: your data will be processed solely by personnel expressly authorised by the Data Controller, and in particular by the following categories of staff: administrative staff; sales staff; developers and analysts.

Disclosure of data: your data may be disclosed to external parties for the proper management of the relationship, and in particular to the following categories of recipients, including all duly appointed data processors: parties necessary for the provision of the services offered, such as, by way of example, the sending of emails and communications and the analysis of how the Website functions; web service providers for the management and maintenance of the site; sub-suppliers; disclosure to third parties (see Cookie Policy).

Dissemination of data: your personal data will not be disseminated.

Transfer of data: your personal data may be transferred, solely for the purposes set out above, to the following countries: countries belonging to the European Union.

Data retention period: in accordance with the principles of lawfulness, purpose limitation and data minimisation under Art. 5 of EU Regulation 2016/679, your personal data will be retained for a period not exceeding the time required to provide the services rendered (see also the Cookie Policy).

Rights of the data subject: the data subject has the right to obtain from the Controller the erasure (right to be forgotten), restriction, updating, rectification and portability of, and the right to object to, the processing of their personal data, and to exercise all rights under Articles 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21 and 22 of EU Regulation 2016/679. The data subject has the right to obtain confirmation as to whether or not personal data concerning them exists, even if not yet recorded, and to have it communicated in an intelligible form, as well as the possibility of lodging a complaint with the Supervisory Authority. Specifically, the data subject has the right to be informed of: the origin of the personal data; the purposes and methods of the processing; the logic applied in the case of processing carried out with the aid of electronic means; the identification details of the Controller, the processors and the designated representative pursuant to Art. 5.2 of EU Regulation 2016/679; the parties or categories of parties to whom the personal data may be disclosed, or who may become aware of it in their capacity as designated representative within the territory of the State, as processors or as authorised staff. Furthermore, the data subject has the right to obtain: the updating, rectification or, where they have an interest, the completion of the data; the erasure, anonymisation or blocking of data processed unlawfully, including data that does not need to be retained in relation to the purposes for which it was collected or subsequently processed; confirmation that the operations referred to in the preceding points, including their content, have been notified to those to whom the data was disclosed or disseminated, except where this proves impossible or involves a disproportionate use of resources compared with the right being protected; and data portability. Finally, the data subject has the right to object, in whole or in part: on legitimate grounds, to the processing of personal data concerning them, even where relevant to the purpose of the collection; to the processing of personal data concerning them for the purposes of sending advertising material or direct sales, or for conducting market research or commercial communications.
