On 3 November 2026, FLEET220 hosted 45 fleet managers at the Porsche Experience Center Franciacorta for “Il futuro delle flotte in prima fila”, a day on electric fleet management that started with data and ended on the track
The morning: measuring what a fleet already produces
The programme opened with the projects our team is developing and the questions fleet managers bring to us every day. The first was about ESG reporting. Today many companies collect fleet data at year end, with spreadsheets, estimated energy use and receipts for home charging. With FLEET220, charging data reach the platform as they happen, so the export for Scope 2 reporting is ready when the ESG manager asks for it.
We then showed what we already measure on car fleets, charging session by charging session, and how we calculate the CO₂ that each company avoids. The method is certified by RINA under ISO 14064-2: each kWh is compared with an equivalent combustion-engine vehicle, and the figure holds up in an audit. It covers passenger cars and light, medium and heavy commercial vehicles (categories M1, N1, N2 and N3).
We also presented my-ev-fleet intelligence, the new business feature designed to make fleet management simpler and more efficient. The morning closed with ODOS, the open-loop Visa Fleet mobility card that gives each employee one card for charging, fuel and other mobility expenses.
The afternoon: fully electric, on track
In the afternoon the conversation moved to the track. Guests raced Porsche electric karts, with three power levels to choose from, and drove the Sim Lab simulators on the Monza, Imola and Misano circuits.
What comes next
Thank you to everyone who joined us and to the Porsche Experience Center Franciacorta team for hosting us. The questions you raised during the day will shape the next steps of our platform. We will keep working on fleet electrification together with you.
